I played that Rockin Horse quite a lot when i first heard it, i understand they were, or some were in 23rd Turnoff...another one with some Beatlish sounds, besides they were from the Liverpool area.
Very far from Liverpool but certainly in love with that late Beatles sound, think Abbey Road...was a band from Peru:
WE ALL TOGETHER
Their first self-titled album from circa 1972 is very cool and worth a listen...when i bought it few years ago it made me investigate the first Wings album!!!
